This feeling of heaviness should be related to gastrointestinal problem like gas,
indigestion, Hypercidity, etc. This problem would normally aggravate or get relieved slightly after taking the meals. This feeling of heaviness or soreness can also be due to workout or any
injury during workout as well, but you didn't mentioned any exercise or workout after which this problem aggravated.
You should avoid taking too much spicy or fried food. Avoid vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish etc, because they have tendency to produce gas. You could also take
omeprazole 20mg empty stomach in the morning for a week. Wear loose clothes.
If problem persist visit a gastroenterologist
