What Causes Feeling Of Lightheadedness In Pregnancy?
my 24 y/o daughter is 19 weeks pregnant, feeling light headed, and her bp is 97/68. she is also under care of a neurologist for seizure disorder and taking dilantin per his direction. should she see a dr now or can we call her ob/gyn tomorrow is condition persists?

hi,light headedness can commonly occur in pregnancy as the bp tends to fall.as you have mentioned her bp is slightly on the lower side.she should avoid prolonged standing and take lots of fluids .she can add some salt lemon juice and sugar to the water .if still it persists then she needs to see her neurologist.take care and all the best.
