Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Possible causes for lumpy feeling and difficulty to eat, sleep is:
1. Acid reflux.
2. Pharyngitis.
3. Panic attacks.
4. Post nasal discharge.
5. Adenoid hypertrophy etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Use tablet pantaprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
