What Causes Feeling Of Movement In Abdomen?

I ve been feeling occasional movement in my abdomen, similar to feeling a baby in the womb, although I shouldn t be pregnant. It could be in the intestines, but it feels like it happens right below the surface of my belly area. What could cause this? YYYY@YYYY

Sometimes you may feel gut movements in case of indigestion or blockage to faeces in intestines. Worm infestation may cause irritation of bowels too. (But I have no history of you regarding diarrhoea, Vomiting or indigestion).
Feeling of pulsations of abdominal Aorta may due to be aortic aneurysm. ( it needs examination by a physician).
