What Causes Feeling Of Something Struck In Throat?
hi, i have been having trouble with my throat feeling like something stuck in it.Also have been spitting up some blood in sputum sometimes. I also get a feeling sometimes as if someone is strangling me.And my voice has been affected too.I haven t had a cold or anything. Please can you give me advice as to what could be causing this. Thank you.
Noted your history of feeling of something stuck in throat , spitting of blood, feeling of strangling and so on. All these symptoms are indicating towards a serious problem like cancer or so and hence should be confirmed or ruled out as soon as possible. Hence I would advise you to consult an ENT Surgeon or Oncosurgeon as soon as possible. Get endoscopy and biopsy done. This will give the exact diagnosis and thus allow proper timely management. If the cause is infective then a course of an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory will cure you too. So hurry up.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
