Hi I bought a new copper bottle for storing drinking water. I thought a copper particle got stuck in my throat. what to do ? will it get dissolve automatically or it will not get dissolve ?
Need suggestion what to do next. Please help me to get the solution ASAP as sometimes it gives light pain. Well, just to inform you its third day I am having the concern.
As per your query you have feeling of something struck in throat which seems to be due to foreign body entrance or entrapment. It can leads to accumulation of debris, bacteria and food particles and can cause obstruction. Need not to worry.
I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may examine with laryngoscope, perform fiberoptic examination and can do physical examination to confirm the diagnosis. Do warm saline gargles and maintain complete hygiene. Doctor may remove if there is anything stuck under local anesthesia. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medications.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
