What Causes Feeling Of Something Stuck In Urethra While Bending?
I have medullary kidney disease but i am not feeling the symptoms that I know so well. when I sit down and have to bend over to pick up something I feel like something is stuck in my urethra. I don't have the symptoms of passing a stone just that pain. Then if I stand up straight it goes away. What could it be?

Get urine routine and culture to rule out UTI. get ultrasound KUB to rule out existing stones in bladder or urethra. Xray pelvis with urethra will also help. But the best test would be Cystourehtroscopy to rule out urethral stone or any other pathology by direct visualization of urethra and bladder.
