What Causes Feeling Of Something Stuck Inside Throat While Lying Down?
My father is 52 years old, and since last year he has strange globus sensation in his throat only when lying down or leaning forward. In that time he also had rhinitis and since then he uses Nasonex. His thyroid gland is good. He was on medications for GERD, but with no improvement.

I really appreciate your concern, such sympotm in GERD is very common and this is highly related with emotional stress, with the PPI drug GERD responds very well, only matter is right dose and timing and here it is
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day at evening time for 6weeks
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time for 6weeks
