What Causes Feeling Of Something Stuck Inside Throat?

I have been researching and my pilot's is hanging down in my throat. Much looser than usual. It is very uncomfortable and feels like something is stuck in my throat (even though there is nothing stuck). It almost feels as if it's triggering my gag reflex. Which makes me terribly sick to my stomach.
I am 12 weeks pregnant as well.
Please please help.
