Hi Doctor. I have been experiencing the feeling of throat obstruction for the past week. I look in the mirror with a flashlight and see a large orange patch in my pharynx and small orange bumps around it. I have no other symptoms that would indicate a cold or flu. My nymph nodes are normal and no cough. I am afraid that I might have oropharyngeal cancer. I am going to try to see a doctor tomorrow but since it could be a while before I can actually get a diagnosis.
Orange bumps in your throat are likely to be due to an infection and not due to cancer and you may need antibiotics for it. please meet your ent doctor for examination and advice. please dont worry , it is not likely to be due to cancer.
Thanks
