General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic'

Fatigue can be due to different causes such as: (1) anemia (low red cell mass), (2)inadequate sleep,
(3)hypothyroidism (low levels of thyroid hormone)
(4)chronic illnesses
(5)side effect of medication

You may want to consider visiting your doctor for assessment so that the cause of your fatigue can be determined.

I hope this helps
