What Causes Feeling Of Water Moving In Left Side Of The Head?

15 year old complaining of headache that feels like water moving in left side of head when he moves or looks down. Sitting with head still feels fine. Started as a headache but now only pain is when he turns head too quickly or steps on ground too hard.

I really appreciate your concern, most of the headaches are functional in origin, in your case it could be due to sinusitis and it can be given try with this try Tab Acetaminophen Ibuprofen, Tab Loratadine once in day, if these fails to work then it could be migraine associated with hallucination hope this information helps.
