What Causes Feeling Pressure On The Right Side Of Neck By My Collar Bone?

I am a 20 year old male and for the past 4 months my neck pulse is visible both by my collar bone and my chin... is this normal? it feels like there is a small pressure on the right side of my neck by my collar bone as well. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

It can be a cervical rib or bone spur. It symptoms persists better to consult a thoracic surgeon and plan for a CT thorax.
