Hello,

I would explain that it is quite normal to feel the way you feel. This is called envy, but is nothing bad. It is just normal human nature.

Anything the secret is to feel happy in what you have. Only by feeling fulfilled and thankful for all you have, you will not feel bad for the others.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
