What Causes Fetal Growth Restriction During Early Pregnancy?
i am trying for baby , 1 st child i conceived normally and had normal delivery , second time i had misacrriage last year with unknown reason baby heartbeat was not there , now i am doing follicular study , 13 and 15 th days scan show no improvement , ovary and et size same any issues kindly guide me

Fetal growth in early months depends on -
- hormonal supply in optimum amount from mothers body or by supplementary hormones.
-Viral infection of mother in the first 3 months..like rubella, toxoplasmosis
-Smoking, drinking alcohol or abusing drugs intake by mother.
*In your case while the ovulation study shows no follicular growth till 16th day. You should continue the test till radiologist suggests to stop OR to get the certain injection.
In such a condition suggests more possibility of hormonal imbalance as the cause of retarded growth of fetus.
*I would advise you to consult your gynecologist for correcting the imbalance before conceiving./investigations to exclude other causes.
When you conceive, the earliest consultation of doctor & starting needful hormonal supplement is advised.
