What Causes Fever After An Ankle Injury?
I twisted my ankle and they said it was just sprained. Right after it happened, I experienced being light headed, sick to my stomach and I believe I passed , because I come to afterwards which to me indicates I passed out. I ve been running a fever too. Do you know what caused this?

I dont htink this is related to your injury, especially fever unless there was open wound ond leg that became infected. So you should find another cause of it which may be respiratory infection or uroinfection which are most common.
