What Causes Fever After Broken Nose During A Fight?
An employee fight happened on Saturday and one employee had bleeding that lasted for about 30 min. he went to a walk-in clinic where they told him his nose is broke and swelling in head where he was hit. Sunday he devloped a fever what would cause the fever?

Since he had bleeding , there must be haematoma ( clot blood ) in sinuses which may cause fever. Other reason CSF leak , Upper respiratory track infection , etc.
I will suggest you to please consult your ENT doctor because here clinical examination is very important to diagnose the real fact and accordingly treatment may be planed.
