What Causes Fever After Recovering From A UTI?

I have a fever, 103. Left side bit uncomfortable. Haven t felt good muscle aches. I had a UT infection a few weeks ago, and wonder if it s back. Urine is clear, I get spells where my teeth chatter and hands shake, and Im very cold. Only happened 2 times in the last week. Lasts for 20 minutes.

Hi,

A fever after UTI may be recurrent urinary tract infection or unresolving infection or other causes like pneumonia or malaria or viral fever.

Use tablet Paracetamol. Please get it done blood examination.

Take rest and drink plenty of liquids. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
