What Causes Fever After Taking Sinarest And Dolo-650?

I had fever, cold and cough for the last ten days. I used Sinarest and dolo for the first 6 days. There is no fever now. But, Fever surfaces after eight hours of using sinarest or dol. I feel it is due to flum. I want to use ascoryly cough expectorant syrup. Can I and will it relieve me of flum and fever.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think you are having a bacterial infection of upper respiratory system and since you took sinarest and dolo 650 and no antibiotics, fever still persists. Sinarest as well as dolo 650 are used to treat fever however they does not treat the infection which is causing fever. That's why your fever got subsided but infection still persists causing fever again.

I would recommend you to take a complete course of antibiotics like amoxiclav. Also continue with dolo 650 or sinarest for fever. Don't take them both. You can take cough syrup for cough but antibiotics are needed.
