What Causes Fever Along With Body Ache And Sweating?
I started running fever on Friday, 102.4. Have body aches and sweats but nothing else so I don’t think I have the flu. Am managing fever with Advil and Tylenol but still running 99-100.4. Going out of town on Thursday and thought I would get checked tmrw if not well. I am 50% better but still running fever
You have not having any other symptoms as per history apart from fever and body ache. So it can be viral infective condition and Symptomatic management with antipyretic can be done.
For primary work up following investigation done: -CBC -Auscultation and physical examination
According to examination if needed further investigations can be planned. Consult physician for examination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
