What Causes Fever Along With Bodyache And High BP?

I am having mild fever with a bodyache from the last 2 days. i feel little menstraul cramps sometimes. my periods are due on 18. I feel vomiting as well and since yesterday i have slight high BP usually i have normal Bp. I have Pcos is it a chance that i am pregnant?

@ This seems to be in relation with some sort of infection with stress
induced high BP , very less likely of pregnancy .
