General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to viral infection, lung infection/pneumonia, bronchial asthma, upper respiratory tract infection.
I would suggest to consult pulmonologist and undergo examination, routine blood tests, chest x ray and PFT if needed
Following treatment will help you:
Antibiotic like amoxiclav
Tablet antihistamines Cetrizine 5 mg once a day, before bed for 5 days.
Nasal decongestants like Nasoclear nasal saline drops
Syrup like TUSQ can be useful
Tablet decongested and anti inflammtory like diomenic DA
Steam inhalation twice a day.
Drink warm water.
Drink hot beverages like tea, coffee and soups.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
