What Causes Fever Along With Breathing Difficulty?
My daughter is 6 months and has fever from past 2 days gave her meftal p 2 ml 4 times a day also she facing difficulty in breathing can I give fabrex plus or ambrodril s or sinarest please suggest Also how long will the fever last Armpit temperature 37.9C

As your child is just 6 months old, so kindly consult with pediatrician and give medications like syp. paracetamol as per his weight. Monitor his temprature. If he is not feeding properly, irritating, always crying, take him to ER immediately. You can do cold sponging in case of high grade fever. he may require antibiotics like syp. amoxycillin and lab investigations.
