What Causes Fever Along With Diarrhea And Vomiting?
Last weekend I had a small bug of some sort with diarrhea and I vomited only once I had a small fever of 99 and I was a achy and lightheaded. I have been fine all week and when I woke up this morning I was a achy again and my fever is 100.9 but no diarrhea and no vomiting what could it be

I recommend using over the counter option like Imodium to treat diarrhea.
I also recommend using daily probiotics.
