Good evening Please my baby of 6 month was having fever he vomited twice in two days, a month ago he was given series s of antibiotics and malaria injection and drugs, now a month after he temperature is high and he also fuss before urinating and he urinating not at once but in trenches. I have evaluated your query thoroughly you can give Cefadroxil syrup twice daily for five days. You can do urine test in the laboratory. If more pus then culture is require. Give him more water and buttermilk. Give boiled water for drinking. After also same complain then consult paediatrician
