What Causes Fever Along With Fatigue And Body Ache?

Hello I am a 22 year old female in good health. I am currently feeling pretty crappy for the last 3 days. My symptoms are Fever ( about 100 ish) cough, very tired, achey all over, no congestion but do have drainage, ears hurt, chest is heavy and if I do anything my throat starts to burn. Some times coughing makes me gag and want to throw up

Considering your symptoms , In my opinion you should consult your doctor for a physical examination (tonsills , pharyng and lungs) for an accurate diagnosis.
Meanwhile you can use ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for the fever and pain, drink plenty of fluids, and rest.
