What Causes Fever Along With Fatigue And Headache?
Good day doctor. I am from Philippines and I have a friend ( 30/Male) who is sick for six days now. He has fever, body malaise and headache. His chemistry tests show low potassium and sodium levels. Also, his CBC results show low hemoglobin, hematocrit and platelet results; high neutrophils count, low lymphocytes. Other CBC parameters are within normal range. Hoping for your response. Thank you.

Your friend blood tests did result in low blood count of every blood cells.
As he is suffering from general malaise should consult with a good blood specialist (haematologist) as soon as possible to exclude blood infectious disease and possible problems with bone marrow.
