What Causes Fever Along With Headache,nausea And Fatigue?
Young 19 year old male who is working at a residential scout camp in Indiana Hoosier forest has fever, headache, nausea, and fatigue, temperature has been in 90 some with high humidity. Is this likely a flu or is there need for concern due to exposure to ticks or possible dehydration?

The symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the fever. I also suggest to rest and drink liquids. The symptoms will probably relieve gradually in a few days.
