What Causes Fever Along With Headaches And Cough?
My son has been getting fever and with the fever, he has headaches and has started coughing. Dr said could be allergies, but the allergy meds don t help. I give him Tylenol and Motrin for the fever, but it keeps coming back. What is your opinion on what I should do?

According to history it is case of acute bronchitis
Following Work up is necessary in such case....
-Auscultation
-CBC with PS examination
-ASO titre
-if needed throat swab
You can be prescribed decongestant like phenylephrine plus paracetamol combination drug for five days
Drink more water (warm ware useful)
Steam inhalation three times a day
Vitamin C lozenges can be prescribed
Avoid excess spicy foods and fatty meals for few days
If CBC show high neutrophilia and high count then antibiotic course given
Take care
