What Causes Fever Along With Pain In Leg And Backbone?

I am having fever from last 3 days the temperature I checked 2 days ago was 103 degree Celsius and in morning I felt more hot than that night means 105 degree celcius.. I have so much pain in my leg, head and backbone. I am taking antibiotics which my doctor gave me.. I have so bad taste in my mouth because of that I am not able to eat anything because it taste so bad and feel vomiting.. Please help! Sorry for my bad English.

Pain may often accompany viral or bacterial infections so it is not uncommon.

You can use pain killers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen to help with the pain.

Dramamine or peptobismol may help with the vomiting.

If the symptoms are worsening then you may need to be reviewed by your doctor.
