You can start taking Tylenol for fever, Ibuprofen to reduce pains and aches, take Levocetrizine for cough and sneezing, decongestants like Phenylephrine to reduce congestion, mucolytics to relieve cough like Ambroxol, cough suppressants containing Dextromethorphan or Gueifenesin.. Do warm saline gargles, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room.. You can suck throat lozenges, chew Vitamin C pellet and drink warm water.. Saline nasal irrigations can help..
