What Causes Fever Along With Stomach Ache And Headache?

I am a 52 year old very active woman for the past 3wks I have felt just no good I ran a between 100/101 fever, I have had stomach, headache coughing horrible when I wake up at 2/3/4 in the morning or when I start to launch! Noticed the back of my tounge was kinda yellow haven t been to a dr cause I have no insurance anything would help please txt YYYY no email available

Hello,

It can be generalised viral infection involving gastric mucosa and upper respiratory tract system. Symptomatic management can be done for that.

Take Rabeprazole drug once a day for seven days can be prescribed. Drink more water, take a Semisolid diet and fruit juice more and avoid excess spicy foods. Paracetamol can be helpful for headache and fever SOS.

If no improvement seen, then CBC needs to be done and physical examination needed. Also, consult nearby physician for examination.
