What Causes Fever Along With Stomach Ache?

My daughter had fever with stomach ache complain on sep 8th. Her pediatrician gave her Polares 100 antibiotics for viral fever but after 6 tablet out of 10 there was no improvement. So we went to another pediatrician he said it s typhoid and started oflox 100. her fever subsided in 2 days after 10 to 11 days she complained stomach ache and after 1 day she got fever 102f every test came normal but Widal came positive . Dr. Started augmentine DDS and her fever subsided and till today 3 Oct 7thday of antibiotics no fever. Than to confirm Dr. Suggest sonography for typhoid which came negative. Still not clear what causing.

In my opinion it is typhoid and you have to complete the course for up to 15 days. If she has completed the 7 days antibiotics course and no fever then it was typhoid which has been treated.
