What Causes Fever Along With Weakness And Stomach Upset?

i m a 40-year-old 5 9 55 kg male with no significant medical history. this time i m suffering from some intermittent fever, weakness, and slight stomach upset. My CBC is remarkable for WBC of 11100, segmented neutrophils of 74, and ESR of 30. Will you please suggest what does this mean?

The blood counts show an elevated white blood cells with absolute neutrophilia. Absolute neutrophilia is commonly seen in bacterial infections. I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider to look for possible cause of infection and thus treatment.
