General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Celebrex is an NSAID, it will help to relieve you from fever & pain. You need to visit ER, you need antibiotics, else your symptoms may get worse.

1. Get CBC, Urinalysis, stool tests, X-Ray spine, MRI (if needed) done.

2. Take antihistamines, Rabeprazole, once daily. You may take antibiotics & acetaminophen to get better.

Always take medications under your treating doctor. Your treatment will depend upon the severity of the pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
