What Causes Fever And Chills After Receiving A Xolair Shot?

I get ivig ICS every 3 weeks and was getting xolair shots every three weeks I m really sick.. Right now IV had up and down fevers for months .....now I get hot fever or couple min then a few minutes later its like someone is putting ice water in my vines an my whole body starts to shake breathing is wheezy lots phlem

with symptoms it can be uti or malaria so they can be excluded by investigation this is ant allergic preparation mainly for asthma but symptomatically likeuti or malaria so they have to be excluded by investigation by my view.
