What Causes Fever And Chills?

Daughter having fever, chills that come on weekly for a day or two for the past six weeks, negative for flu and lyme, A/G ratio .89, CRP 61, Neutrophils 85.6, Lymphocytes 6.8, Eosnophils, Abs .01 Other Blood and Urine Normal, was in India 2 years ago, and became quite ill, had taken anti-malarial before and for first 4 weeks in country and then took nothing for the last week, Kidney infection successfully treated with antibiotics 6 months ago, saw ENT this week, no problems, had chest XRay today at hospital, no problems
