What Causes Fever And Excessive Abdominal Gas In A Toddler?

My daughter is 2 years old and she woke up with a fever of 100.3 I give her ibeburphen n it does take it down for a little, it hasn t gone any higher then that. She won t really eat much she is drinking a little. She also has alot of gas. What could be wrong?

your daughter might be suffering from viral fever.. do we can do symptomatic treatment... try to make her sleep n give plenty of fluids if possible.. n proper food... otherwise she will be dehydrated n.. it may cause problem... ...if she's taking food n fluids orally no need to worry.. give her combiflam syrup.. for fever.. if problem does not resolve consult doctor
