What Causes Fever And Excessive Sleepiness After Taking Dolo?
How many dolo 650 can we take per day (maximum) because I feel head heavy and feverish and sleepy.I am working and with all this I feel it difficult. I also have taken many other medications for some other problems. Please tell me how many dolo 650 mg I can take per day (maximum). Thank you

Hi,
I had gone through your question and I can understand your concern.
Dolo 650( paracetamol), you can take upto 6 tablets of maximum dose but you must keep in mind that you does not have any liver related chronic disease.
Other drugs you have not mentioned needs to be checked for interactions with Paracetamol.
Best dosage for Dolo 650 is 4 tablets 6 hourly. As paracetamol is a friendly drug with lot of literature backing it but it too cause Hepatic poisoning if the patient takes more than 15g per day.
