What Causes Fever And Fatigue After Condom Break During Intercourse?

Dear sir, I had sex with a prostitute day before yesterday and while on intercourse my condom broke.Now a day after the incident I am experiencing fever and fatigue.Kindly advice if there is any chance that I would have been infected with hiv. Regards Aroon

I understand your concern.
Your condom broke while having sex with prostitute but to get you HIV infection that prostitute should also have HIV infection. So first you should know whether she has HIV infection or not. Even if she is HIV positive, the chances of you getting HIV is very low as you have wore condom. For fever and fatigue, you may take Paracetamol 500 mg thrice daily for 3 days.
If she is HIV negative than you need not to worry for HIV but there are chances of you getting other sexually transmitted infections (Chances are very low). Visit your physician if fever does not subside with this.
