What Causes Fever And Muscle Ache After I Scratched My Fingers With A Metal?

I have an accident on a bus by scratching my fingers with sharp object that leads just bleeding not too much bleeding and the blood is only on the wound. After 16 days of this process, I got fever (102F) with headache, muscle pain ,runny nose and nasal congestion. Fever,headache and muscle pain lasts one day but runny nose and nasal congestion lasts for about one week. These symptoms are ARS symptoms? Can I get HIV by such accident?

No places for speculation in HIV /AIDS , Can't get HIV , but surely get yourself adequately covered for Tetanus , if you are not already. See your family physician .
