What Causes Fever And Rise In Temperature On Forehead In Infants?
I hav 9 month old baby boy he is healthy, befor a of month he had fever, we consulted to the respective pediatrician and he was fine but since dat period i am experiencing that his head especially his forehead has not become in normal temperature, its always on higher side then the normal temperature, when ever i touch his head its always worm. Is it normal or its a reason to worry pls suggest
Hello I want to tell you that burning forehead is common among the 9 months old children because there is eruption of teeth . Teething is the main reason of burning sensation over forehead . If child don't have any other symptoms , don't take any tension. Simple tyleonl ( paracetamol ) 10 mg / kg body weight in divided doses is sufficient. During teething child will also feel irritation so don't bother . Good luck. Sometimes ice massage (forehead)also provide relief.
