age 60,height 175cm, weight 61kg, diabetic type 2,high fever since a week and sometimes shiverings, admited to emergency and discharged because all blood and urine results are normal, no reason found but still running high fever and shiverings, only thing he did before fever was playing in a park for 3 hours after many years, please advise

Hi Thanks for posting your query. Diabetes and fever is not related though diabetes increases the risk of having infection. Fever most of the time indicates an infection somewhere in the body. There has to be some infection somewhere in the body just that your doctors couldn't find out what. Kindly post all the reports of test done till now so that I can go through them and let you know what else needs to be tested.
