Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, welcome to HCM.
Your child has stomach pain, fever and 1 episode of vomiting. It seems that your child has probably got acute gastroenteritis or food poisoning.
In my opinion, you should give paracetamol syrup for fever, and antibiotic like oflox for 3 days.
This doesn't look like dengue, however if rash appears on baby then you should give more liquids to the child and do NS1 Antigen test and complete blood count to rule out dengue.
I hope this will help you. Take care.
