What Causes Fever And Stomach Pain In A 3 Year Old Baby?

my 3 year old granddaughter has stomach aches followed by a spike in fever of 102 to 104 that happens every month (the fever spike comes from out of no where and leaves 3 to 4 hours later. now she has an enlarged spleen and liver. the doctor she saw today said cat scratch fever but she has nt been around any cats

Cat scratch disease can be caused by dog bite and dog scratches also. I suggest you to consult a pediatrician for clinical assessment and thus treatment.
