What Causes Fever And Swelling Of Gums In Children?
My 8 yr old son developed a fever 6 days ago (ranges from 101-103) - were tested from step on day 2 and its negative - then on day 4 his gums were (and still are) very swollen and red and there are some little white bumps in his mouth. he can't brish his teeth or eat anything hard as it hurts his teeth....am at a total loss for what this could be.
