My son is 11 month old for throat infection and fever doctor gave him an antibiotic cedopil 50 mg with a dosage of 2.5 ml 2 times a day and paracetamol 250 mg with a dosage of 2.5 ml after 6 hours even after 2 days course he is gettin high fever upto 103 and fever is not ge

Throat infection with 103 F temperature suggest severe pharyngitis and needs IV antibiotic if not relieved with two days of oral antibiotics.
Take him to ER to start him on IV antibiotics and give him fluids. also give him antiallergic like cetrizine.
However you can wait for another day. Give him oral fluids, Antibiotic, paracetamol and do cold sponging.
