What Causes Fever And Vomiting Along With Drop In Platelet Count?
My husband is 30yrs old. He had high fever 104 for 3 days.. 4th day fever stopped and there was continuous vomitting.. His platelets were 10000 after platelets transfusion it went down further to 5000.. Again 7 units of platelets were given.. Is this anything serious? Doctors have confirmed that it is dengue.
