What Causes Fever, Chills, Cold Sweats, Vomiting And Joint Pain?

I have a fever, chills, cold sweats, vomiting, muscle and joint pain, and I m breastfeeding. We ruled out mastitis because my breasts don t hurt. The symptoms started last night at 8pm. They are the same if not worse. I am exclusively breastfeeding. I m either sweating and hot, or freezing I m taking tyelonol when I take it I sweat. When it wears off I m freezing again. Headache too. I also have crohns disease. But I don t have shooting pains in my abdomen just dull ache all over.

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. I suggest using Acetaminophen three times a day to relieve the symptoms. It is safe to sue during breastfeeding. I also suggest to rest and drink liquids.
