What Causes Fever, Chills, Cough, Internal Weakness, And Irritation In Chest?

Dear Sir... I am observing fever in night, sometimes with chills sometimes without chills, cough, cold and most importantly internal weakness. I feel irritation in chest as if some wound is been created and a lot of dry throat. It s giving a lot of irritation to me. All the tests such as blood sugar, hemoglobin, whole blood count, endoscopy everything is fine. Please tell me what kind of problem is this.

here I would like to know your age ,profession ,any habits like smoking ,alcohol intake and kind of chewing tabacco etc

plz once undergo for Chest X ray ,repeat CBP, ESR ,ECG

I think above investigations will rule out your problem

mean while plz take antipyretics like paracetamol and antibiotics like monocef o ..

Don't worry ,if need consult once pulmonogist after reports ,,ok ..
